I’m trying to make some changes to the header in use on our website but have run into a few issues.


In the menu below, if I press the ‘here’ hyperlink to edit the header, I get a 404 error.

When I go to the Divi menu > DU Header and select the header in use, I get the following:

When I open the other headers e.g Header & Navigation Style 10, it looks the same i.e nothing appears.

i have Version 8.0.1 installed and just noticed that i can not update automatically via WordPress.

So i just have the question if you have a guide to update to the newest version. At installation guide it says that it should work automatically. but how to upgrade to the newest version if theres no update at WP backend available?

If I need to modify the functions.php file of the Ultimate Child Theme, it will probably be overwritten on the next update.
Do I need to create a child theme for the Ultimate Child Theme? This seems not to be a fairly standard procedure.

Newspaper and magazine themes and all posts themes needs a lot of demo data to shows the right demonstration for a new site installation. Can u provide the demo data to import into all of the post themes? We need to show them immediately after the themes are installed completely?

I'm installing divi ultimate on a new site and the host I use for staging servers for some reason has issues when uploading the file 'Divi-Ultimate-Library.xml' is there another way for me to do this like importing a file directly into the divi library? It keeps timing out... I've been on to my ISP but they say it's not their issue... It Is I'm sure but can you please help.

I'm having an issue with a recent Divi Ultimate update. On a current site we have, the most recent update has applied a heading class to all h3 headings throughout the entire site including blog posts and text modules.

This wasn't the case before and when we roll back to 8.1.2, the headers reformat to how they were and the class styling goes back to normal. We're unable to simply remove the class because we need it on some areas of the site, just not all of them.
