On mobile when I scroll down the footer appear without problem on desktop.<br />
But on mobile it doesn&#039;t.<br />
<br />
I did change the section to a four column instead of three which shouldn&#039;t make any difference.<br />
But, why doesn&#039;t it scroll all way down?<br />

Your footer plugin seems to be causing category pages not to scroll - especially on Chrome.<br />
I was onto Elegant themes and they said to notify you of the issue.<br />

I see that the .css responsible for this is et-divi-customizer-global-15882491318224.min.css but don&#039;t know where can I edit that from Divi. <br />

      <content:encoded><![CDATA[Hello, I am new to the Divi Ultimate addons and noticed an issue where when I save the active header or footer after making modifications it takes a good while for it to appear on the live site. <br />

Right now I have a footer change that is not showing up at all on the site in multiple browsers and multiple computers. I have flushed the cache numerous times as well.<br />
<br />
Is there something I am missing? The changes look great on the editor when I am working in the footer.<br />
