Customer Header Flashes / Forms While Loading

    Hello,

    Here's the link to the site I'm experiencing the issue on: http://oxa.fa6.myftpupload.com/

    The customer header (#10) appears to flash / form while the page is loading, which is not a good look. How do I correct this?
