    Hello people,

I have a little trouble with my galery images.
It's composed of many images of different sizes.
    The thumbnail are in
    landscape format.
All are in the same size but one of them are no thumbnail,
    she has her normal size.
Do you have an idea of what's wrong?

    Thank you!

    That was weird.

I would suggest the 3 methods below:

    1. Create another gallery with the same image & see how it behave.

    2. Try to enable Safe Mode in WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled & see if the issue is still there or not.
**If it works fine after enabling Safe Mode, then meaning one of the plugins is causing the wrong thumbnail size issue. Most likely it's the lazy load image plugin.

    3. If both the above doesn't work, then you could try to update Divi & Wordpress to the latest version & clear your cache.

If none of the above works, you should refer to official Divi support at: https://elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/
