Solved contact formular telephone number

Hy guys,
i have a little problem on my website www.vaniasladen.at
the contact formular works good and i can receive the messages but the telephone number is not displayed in the message.
when someone sends a request on the contact formular i need the telephone number for further process but it is display in my mail client like this %telephone%

what do i need to change for this to work properly
