    How do I make the menu height smaller?

    how do I change the color from white to green after scrolling down?

    1. Adjust the menu item padding smaller in Menu module settings > Advanced > Custom CSS > First Level Menu Links.
    2. And lastly, go to the button module settings & set margin top to be smaller & margin bottom to be 0.
    Try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:
