Solved Background colors and images disappear at random.

    Sometimes all my site's background colors and images disappear / default to white. The text and layout remain the same. Sometimes this goes away when I enter the visual builder and save and exit, but currently on mobile, it seems to be persistent. Has anyone dealt with this?

    I should add that I don't think it's just a cache issue. I've cleared the cache on my phone many times, and tried a completely different phone, and the backgrounds are still missing.

    I changed the site time zone from UTC to Chicago, which seemed to clear an internet cache. So it appears to have been an ISP cache, not a browser cache. The home page is no longer white, but I wish I understood the underlying issue.
