Solved Plugin isn't working and HTTP ERROR 500 occur

I have just installed the ultimate blog plugin and enable it on the theme customizer, however the error occur if I click on a blog post :

This page isn’t working
xxxxxxxxx.com is currently unable to handle this request.

HTTP ERROR 500

 

The memory limit has been increased to 128M, and all the plugins except ultimate blog plugin have been deactivated, however, the problem persist.

I installed a new wordpress site for testing, the error occurred again even only Divi and its child theme were installed on it. These websites are hosted on Cloudways. However, when I install the ultimate blog plugin on a wordpress site which hosted by Namecheap, the plugin works.

 

Problem Solved. this is their reply:

I would like to update you that we have gone through your issue and found that in your server level short tags were disable due to which you were facing this issue. We have enabled them which made it working fine. You can further check it from the logs below stated:
