Solved Missing "Header & navigation"

    hi team,

    I have an issue with the Divi "Theme Customizer".
    I can't acces to the menu named "Header & navigation". This menu disappear few milliseconds after showing it.

    I have tried to desactivate all plugins, I have added some memory in my congifuration (now 256 Mo),
    I have cleared the browser/comptuer cache.
    I have desinstall and reinstall Divi theme (update 4.2) and I have also reset my Divi theme options.

    Nothing's better,

    I 'm on PHP 7.3

    This issue is the same on diffrents computer.

    It's because you created custom header using Divi Theme Builder. Just go to WP Admin > Divi > Theme Builder & remove your global header & access Theme Customizer again.

    Hi!
    I removed the global header, however nothing better. Header & navigation menu still disappear, do you have an other solution ? Thank you.

    I did the same but it did not work still navigation is disappeared

    Are you referring to the Theme Customizer > Header & Navigation settings?

    Or your site navigation?

    Yes I am Talking about Site Navigation and also i have applied CSS
    PS It was Appearing before global header but once I have removed Global Header it disappeared now it not appearing on my website https://daffodilshome.com.pk/

    Hello, I have tried both solutions offered on my site but I am still experiencing the same issue. In "Theme Customization", "Header & navigation". appears for a few milliseconds and then vanishes. Any suggestions?

    In addition, I also note that the "Footer" option is not visble.

    Hi, I have the same problem. I tried all suggestions as above but nothing worked.. I even turned back to the previous version of DIVI but that didn't work. I see the option Header & Navigation just a sec and then it disappears.

    I am having this issue too! I have followed all the steps listed above and nothing changed. My site navigation disappeared after using a custom header.

    I also have the same issue. I turned off all Global Headers and even tried the CSS code. Still disappears after a few seconds. Please help!

    After deleting your Divi Theme Builder Global Header, make sure that the icon beside the Global Header is an eye icon: upload_2020-9-18_18-27-42.png

    I'm using divi Builder, and I have received error message as following, (I think it is caused by divi Builder) :
    "    : Cannot modify header information - headers already sent by (output started at /home/customer/www/kiraa-sa.com/public_html/index.php:1) in on line"
    further to, another error is coming from
    System Status in Support Center:
    display_errors
    1- We recommend 0 for the best experience.

    I have tried to go to: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Builder to remove custom header as you instruct, but I found screen is blank (nothing there), I don't know why?

    Kindly, I want solving for that problems.

    I would suggest you to upgrade Divi & Wordpress to the latest version & clear your cache & see if it works.

    If still not working, you may try to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Ceenter > Safe Mode > Enabled
    **If it works in Safe Mode, then the issue might be caused by either your child theme or plugins.
