    Try to disable Lazy Load feature from your cache plugin.

    If it does conflict with the Divi blog module, then you will need to disable it. But you can try to refer the cache plugin support & see if it can exclude the blog module from being lazy loaded.

    I am having this same problem exactly, have tried all the workarounds and disabling things mentioned and more, with no luck...
