Hi all and first off thank you so very much.
I am not a webpage expert but willing to roll up the sleeves and figure it out.

I created a blog page for our church site, created posts, categorized posts, published posts.

The blog page itself shows up nicely and it is fine.

However, when you click on the individual blog posts, it gives a page not found page.

I don't have a good understanding of all the mechanics of site building. I added the posts to the menu under the blog but that did not allow the post to be shown and read.

I went into reading pane and had blog listed as post page and also without the post page.

I tried one post with a category only and one with a category plus uncategorized and neither show up.

I am guessing it is something very elementary but I don't know what the problem. is.
    .
    the page is https://cslgd.org/blog

The normal divi builder did not open with the page listed as Posts Page. It gave an option but I never got the divi builder features to show up.

    Many thanks.

Update: I have tried safe mode and the permalinks trick and neither solved it. Might be some rookie mistake somewhere... thanks for any help.

another update - I have gone to the Reading panel and tried it both ways "posts page" set to the blog page and left blank and neither allows the blog post to show up. You can see the image and excerpt on the blog page, but you cannot click to the full post. thanks much

Thank you so much, that did not work. I even removed the special set up the person who built the site used for the permalinks and switched it to "plain" setting and then back.

I did not however restart the pc or anything like that, did I need to restart the pc or clear any cookies or cache stuff to make it work? many many thanks.

I don't think it's anything related to your PC, as it's happening on my side as well.

Another thing to try is to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode
**If it works in Safe Mode, meaning most likely it's a plugin conflict. You will then need to enable / disable your plugins one by one to find the culprit.

One last thing to try is to update Divi & Wordpress to the latest version & clear your cache & see if it works.

If the above still not working, it's best for you to refer official Divi support about it: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/

Thanks I will try updating. I had just updated divi before creating the pages. The safe mode did not change anything. Appreciate your suggestions
