Solved How to Add "I accept terms and conditions - check box"

    I am wondering how to add the check box to contact form.

    Can yoi suggest the procedure?

    You can do that with Divi contact form. Just add a checkbox field. See the screenshot below.

    Hi. I followed the procedure but the button does not work. I mea customer can not flag it. Can you kindly explain what is wrong?

    It's because the tick is the same color as the checkbox. You can try this custom CSS & see:

    Hello! The question in the subject. Can I place two links to different files in the same checkbox-privacy policy and user agreement. So far, I have only managed to use two checkboxes, but this is not convenient:

    Just tested & doesn't seem possible as the field doesn't accept HTML.

    You will need to look for other contact form plugin, such as Contact Form 7.
