Locked Section and Missing Section

    There is a section on our website that, all of a sudden, appears to be locked. I cannot save the changes I make. Is there a way to unlock that?
    Also, there is a section that all of a sudden disappeared from the live site, even though it still appears in the builder. How can I make it appear again?

    For locked elements, just right click it & click Unlock. See screenshot below:

    Check the Visibility option at Section Settings > Advanced > Visibility

    Thank you! I tried that, and the module is not locked from that setting... I also checked the section setting. I can open the module and change the text, but it will not save. Note the "save and exit" button is orange, and is typically green. divi help - right click.png

    That's because your section is a Global Section: https://www.elegantthemes.com/documentation/divi/global-modules/

    Any changes made should reflect immediately across your site with such global section.

    If you're not intended to make it a global section, right click & press Disable Global

    As to not able to save the changes, you may try frontend builder / visual builder & see if it works.
