Solved Ultimate header layout 12 not showing in cart page. I'm using Bodycommerce

    Hi,

    I'm using the ultimate header plugin lay-out 12. When I'm on the cart page - which I edited with Divi bodycommerce plugin - I don't see the ultimate divi header menu on desktop. On mobile I see the default divi menu. In the cart page settings I've set the ultimate divi header layout 12 to override the default header.

    Is this a known issue and can it be fixed so that I see the ultimate divi header on the cart page as well?

    If you must take a look I must get your IP address since it's still a staging site with IP protection. Then please send me a PM.

    If you disable the BodyCommerce plugin, does our header show up on cart page?

    When disable the bodycommerce plugin; the divi ultimate header is back indeed.

    Then perhaps Bodycommerce conflicts with our header injection method.

    Try to use our alternate method. Here's how to do it:

    1. Go to this URL for your website:
    Code:
    Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
    2. Then tick Enable Header Alternate Option
    3. Then click Publish & see if it works.

    For the hidden alternative method, we use Divi template hook to inject the custom header.

    We prepared that just in case, in some rare cases, where our default PHP injection method doesn't work.
