Divi Header loads in middle of page and splashes background

Hey guys, having some major trouble getting the custom header I built to load properly. Everything loads in the middle of the page and then goes up. Its over @ artsyrose dot com .

I currently have support ticket about another issue where the divi-style.min.css file NEVER goes away from my child theme. No matter what the settings, that file remains in my child them AND if I try to delete it, the file comes right back INSTANTLY.

I have seen this forum a few times. Great stuff, so I registered and this is first question.

After you click the Home tab on menu on laptop/desktop you see this for half a second http://prntscr.com/so6jkt then after it finishes loading it looks correct. http://prntscr.com/so6k4a

Also, notice that green secondary top menu background color. That color fills entire screen on screenload.

 

I just wanted to update this post, I ended up buying your divi Header Plugin and I am having same issue. When the page loads, the menu and logo start in middle o fpage then quickly jump back up to the top. Do I get support here in this thread or do I need to fill out private ticket? Thanks
