Header not loading properly

    The header îs not loading properly when i refresh the Page. First time after refreshing the header looks awfull and after finishing to load its ok like i want.
    I selected the option that disables the header on mobile Version and the problem îs persisting în the desktop Version to.
    Look în the uploaded images.
