Unable to access Footer in Customizer

    I am unable to see the footer controls when I'm editing the Theme Customizer. It appears for a few seconds under Header and Navigation then it disappears.

    That's because you're using global custom footer at Divi Theme Builder.

    Theme Customizer footer option is for default Divi footer design.
