I have a wordpress multi-site install and purchased the ultimate unlimited license, but am unable to import the Dive-Ultimate-Header-Library.json file on anything but the main site installation. All secondary sites just get stuck at 1%.

Is there a way to copy files in the installation directories manually to get this to carry over to another site perhaps?

Kindly check if you fulfill Divi server requirements stated in WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > System Status

    Let me know. Thanks.

Completely compatible, see below. I am able to import the template file for the main domain, but any of the added domains in the multi-site installation do not import, they all stall at 1%. That's why I was wondering if there is something I can copy to allow them to show up, etc.

What I've also noticed in the multi-site installations is that when you click "DU Header - Library" it just bounces to the "Divi Library" menu option, doesn't stay on DU Header. This didn't seem to affect anything though on the one site I was able to import.

Not sure why it doesn't work for your case.

    But here's a workaround:
    1. Download the attached du-header.xml
    2. Import it in WP Admin > Tools > Import > Wordpress

But do note that if you are using this xml import, the images will be linked to our demo site images. You will need to replace the images with your own images.
That's normal. As DU Header - Library is part of the Divi Library. DU Header - Library is just a shortcut link to the filtered header category in Divi Library.
