Solved Click to Call Link Only Working on Desktop

    My click to call link in my custom global header is only working in desktop mode. I have confirmed the link is correct in the text box for desktop, tablet, and mobile, and it still will not link in tablet/mobile mode.

    Desktop text code:

    Tablet text code:

    It may be because "tel:912-489-7979" has dashes in it. Try it with no dashes and see if that helps

    Also, you may have to add an area code, for example, "tel:+1123-456-7890." The country code was the reason i had the same issue a few weeks ago


    As a final note, make sure that you are testing it with your phone number, or a number you have access to, and not a clients. Don't want to be bugging them with random calls.

    Could there possibly be some master setting that is disabling the links from working? We have Divi booster on the site as well... would anything on it cause this by chance?

    Not sure about that. You may try to disable Divi booster & see how it goes.

    Seems like your social module is blocking the click.

    Try to go to the Social module settings > Advanced > Custom CSS > Main Element & add float: right;
