Solved Cart and checkout problems

Hi there, we have a site that on mobile, you can add products and view them in the cart, but when you go to checkout, the checkout fields do not appear. On desktop, when you add a product to the cart, it doesnt show up, so when you go to the cart page, it says it's empty. We've tried disabling all of the plugins, removing the custom css and disabling snippets, but none of that has worked. Any idea why we'd be having this issue?

Thank you @Problemizer.com, I was hoping to be able to resolve it without hiring someone.

We did a restore from back up yesterday which fixed the desktop version, but we still have the issue with the mobile checkout not appearing. When we refresh it shows for a brief second, then disappears, it looks like it's being hidden somehow. We've tried disabling all the plugins, but that didnt work. Any other ideas would be HUGELY appreciated.

Hi Richard, yes, I had to contact the Elegant Themes support team, who wrote in a line of code for us. Something strange was happening with the visibility, but the new code has worked.
