customize tab not working & wordpress is asking to reinstall 4.9.5 again and again

    Hi,
    I am facing two issues.

    1. the customize tab is not working. only widget option is showing ( as you can see in the image). I have updated divi and also reinstalled the divi theme, but it doesn't work.

    2. Wordpress is asking again and again to reinstall version 4.9.5. I have installed 2-3 times, but still, it is asking me to reinstall.
