DP Regular Menu Module Not Populating Menu

    Divi Ultimate Header Plugin

    I created a menu and saved it as primary menu in 'menus' section via appearance tab.

    When I go to customize layout 9 and try to add DP Regular Menu Module, nothing is coming up.

    May I know what you meant by nothing is coming up? Can you show screenshot on that?

    You just need to go to the DU Regular Menu settings to set the menu that you desire. See screenshot below.

    Divi Ultimate Header Plugin

    Below are screenshots and the error message it is giving me. I have used this plugin before and it has worked great up until this point.

    It will not even let me modify the menu via DIVI visual builder.

    I really don't know what is going on, never had this problem before.

    That’s weird. Try to delete all the premade header layouts in Divi Library, and go to trash to permanently remove all of them.

    Then delete the Header plugin as well.

    And lastly, try to reinstall the new version 2.0.1: https://divi.help/threads/divi-ultimate-header-plugin-v2-0-1.1485/

    Let me know if the issue still persist after reinstallation.

    I did exactly what you asked and installed it exactly as instructed and still getting the same results.

    You should see DU Regular Menu Module instead, not DP.

    Here are a few things you could try:
    1. Make sure you're using the latest version of our header plugin. Kindly re-download & re-install the latest version of the header plugin: https://divi.help/threads/divi-ultimate-header-plugin-v3-0-1.3426/#post-11177
    2. If re-installation of the plugin doesn't work, then try to delete the Divi Library header styles as well & re-download and re-import the .json file in Divi Library: https://divi.help/threads/divi-ultimate-header-plugin-v3-0-1.3426/
    3. Lastly, if all the above doesn't work, try to update Divi & Wordpress to the latest version & see if it helps.

    I see you're using Divi v3.0.91. The latest version of Divi is v4.5.1.

    The issue you're having might be a bug in that specific previous Divi version. I would suggest you to use other version of Divi or upgrade to the latest one & see how it goes.
