Divi's Email Optin Disappears after someone signs up

    After someone uses my email optin to sign up, they receive the success message but the option disappears. How do I stop this? Please help!

    I have uploaded a video for the issue. Basically, I want the email optin module to stay intact while the success message is being displayed and not disappear
