Solved Imports all fail when trying to import "Divi-Ultimate-Library.xml" as described in the walkthrough.

    On my site: https://rorbook.wpengine.com/ , I am attempting to follow the install process outlined in the installation guide: https://divi.help/threads/new-installation-guide-for-v3-0-above.328/

    But when I get to the step to import the xml file: Divi-Ultimate-Library.xml all the imports fail as shown in the image attached.

    Just prior to trying to do the install process of Divi Ultimate I was promoted to upgrade Wordpress to the latest: Version 5.5. Could that be causing this problem or are there other things to look at?

    UPDATE: I just tried to run that step on a fresh DIVI install that has Wordpress 4.5.2 and it failed in the same way

    Upon further checking, it seems to be issue with the latest Divi version. We will report this issue to official Divi support & see what they say. Will update here.

    In the meanwhile, you will need to use an older Divi version to do the import.

    Official Divi support already acknowledged the xml import issue. It's added to their bug list to be fixed in future Divi version. Though no ETA is given, but they will address the issue as quickly as possible based on their development team's current workload and the severity of the issue when compared to the severity of other open issues.

    So question. If you download an older version of Divi, after the import, you can upgrade to the latest version of it?

    Yes you can. After successfully importing the xml file, you may update Divi to the latest version.

    Where can I find Divi 4.5.1? Seems like I may not even be able to get it from Elegant Themes. Do you have the file I can download?
