Customize.php error with Divi Powerful

    Consistent customize.php 500 error whenever I want to go to Appearance > Customize. These errors do not occur when the Child theme is deactivated and come back as soon as it is activated. Causing a lot of issues while working with it.

    Kindly check if you fulfill Divi server requirements stated in WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > System Status. If not, you will need to contact your web host to make the necessary changes for you & see if it works.

    Please note that Customize works when I use the Divi theme. Error occurs only when Divi Powerful child theme is on.

    I tried to disable all other plugins (except for our child theme and plugin) & it seems to fix the issue as well. Thus, it's not a specific theme / plugin issue. Most likely a server limitation issue.

    Based on this article, it's most likely a server memory limit issue for http 500 error: https://www.elegantthemes.com/blog/...ternal-server-error-on-your-wordpress-website

    This is our demo site system status:
    **Customizer works fine.

    Try to set the memory_limit to be similar to our demo site & see if it works.

    If not, try to set other server values to match our demo site as well & see how it goes.
