Hamburger menu not working on mobile?

    Hello, I've noticed our website's hamburger menu isn't working on mobile. It's not opening up the list of site links when you click it. Can someone help us fix this? Thanks

    Keith, I just checked your mobile menu and it is working! I just discovered that the mobile menu on two Divi sites I created recently are not displaying the menu items, just a blank white space (www.pipe-organ.com and www.chapel-music.com). What fixed your mobile menu?

    Hello @Keith Suniega, I seem to have the same problem: the hamburger is showing when I check my site on desktop and set it to smartphone view.
    But when I check it on my smartphone itself, the hamburger does not show up at all.

    Could you tell me how you fixed your issue?

    Turned out in my case it was a menu customizer plugin provided by my host site, which I wasn't using. Problem solved once deactivated
