Cannot access account or downloads

    Divi Ultimate Header Plugin

    I have an error where menu is not scrolling to the top of the screen.
    My plugin is version 3.0.1, when I log in to my account my purchase is not showing, meaning I cannot download the lastest version to correct this error.

    Please advise

    Hi there. Upon further checking, you purchased Divi Ultimate Header Plugin (1 year) at 21 Nov 2019, which already expired at 21 Nov 2020. To continue accessing downloads / updates, you will need to purchase it again.
