Solved Text module visual tab blank

    Hello,
    the screenshot explains it very well.
    When in front end, the visual tab within a text module does not load correctly and cannot be used. I can only use the text tab.
    When I switch back to back end editing, the visual tab works fine.
    Anyone else experiencing this?

    You might want to first update Divi & Wordpress to the latest version & clear your cache & see if it works.

    If not, then try to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled
    **If it works in Safe Mode, then most likely it's a plugin conflict. You will need to enable / disable one by one to find the culprit.

    Hi and thank you for your help.
    Apparently the problem war related to the fact I am using a staging site. Since in the main site Divi was not installed, the staging builder was not able to retrieve some elements to display the text tab. Installing Divi in the main site solved the problem (although the icons within the text tab are not displayed but their functional).
