Can I center content in second column on page-center?

    I have a 2 column structure, with the first column having a small logo and the second column having a menu.

    I would like the menu to be centered horizontally in the page. However whenever I try to center this content it centers in its own div section. I want it centered on page regardless of the surrounding elements.

    How can I do this?
