    You might have some other plugins causing jquery error on your site.

    You may try to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled

    If it works in Safe Mode, meaning one of your plugins might be causing the issue. You may then try to enable / disable plugins one by one to find the culprit.
