Solved Mobile Menu not opening

    Hello,

    I've purchased Divi Ultimate Header Plugin and my mobile menu stopped working. The menu isn't opening when clicking on mobile on it and only an "#" is added to the URL. (before the mobile menu was working well)

    Does anyone know how to solve this issue?

    Kindly disable our header plugin & see if it works. This is to confirm whether the issue is coming from our header plugin.

    If it works after disabling our plugin, then kindly share your URL.

    The mobile menu was working without any problem before I installed your header plugin. The problem just occurred when I started to use it. The domain is adhuc-marketingsolutions.com

    Upon further checking, there's a jquery error on your site, which coming from Divi concatenation JS file.

    It might be a conflict between old Divi version + WP 5.6. You might want to first update Divi to the latest version & clear your cache & see if it works.

    ========

    As for the mobile menu not showing on your site, it's because you're using our header style in Divi Theme Builder. Our header style should be selected in Theme Customizer instead & further customize the design in Divi Library.
    **You will need to remove the Divi Theme Builder custom header, but be sure to save your design in Divi Library to avoid losing all your current customization in Divi Theme Builder.
