Problem with the editor

Hi everybody!
An acquaintance of mine updated her WordPress site and extensions (without saving first of course, otherwise it's not funny), and since then Divi displays a message when she wants to modify a content (see screenshot). I rarely use page-builders, so I have no idea where this could come from and my research is fruitless. I've cleared the cache of W3 Total Cache, I've made it clear the cache of its browsers, I've made it test under different browsers, the generation of static files of Divi is disabled, but nothing helps. And on my side I have no problem, everything works! If someone has already encountered the problem and knows how to debug it... Thanks in advance!
