Problem to have a personalized logo

    Hi enveryone,

    I'm new on this forum :)

    There is my problem :

    My website logo is actually the name of the website.

    I would like to change it so I know that I have to go on DIVI Settings and upload my logo.

    The thing is that it doesn't change.

    But when I activate the "safe mode" on the support center, my logo appear.

    I think as it's write on this mode that some plugins and features are disabled.

    So I try to desactivate each plugins to find wich one of them cause my trouble. None.

    I would like to know where could be the problem which cause the logo bug ?

    If it's not the plugin issue, then it's one of the below:
    1. Child theme. Switch back to parent Divi theme as active theme.
    2. Custom code at WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Integration. Try to disable all of them.

    Does disabling the child theme not cause effects or other issues ?

    It depends on your child theme customization. You will need to check your site for any new issue upon disabling the child theme.
