    I have started to see many, many 404 errors in my log file where the Source URL is a site URL with "/undefined" appended to the end. The website pages seem to load in Chrome and Firefox, but the 404 is logged and the Dev Tools console shows this error:
    GET https://.../undefined [HTTP/2 404 Not Found 1459ms]

    The stack trace in the browser's Dev Tools is:
    <anonymous>
    https://.../wp-content/themes/Divi/js/custom.unified.js:70:24903
    (Async: EventListener.handleEvent) <anonymous>

    Any suggestions on how to resolve this issue and stop the barrage of 404s?

    Have you tried to enable Safe Mode & see if the issue is still persist: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled

    With Safe Mode enabled, I have not encountered the 404 errors.

    For that case, one of the below is causing the issue:
    1. Plugins
    2. Child Theme
    3. Custom code at WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Integration

    You will need to enable / disable those 3 items individually to find the culprit.
