    Seems like you have some custom CSS hiding it.

    To fix it, try the below CSS in Divi > Theme Options > Custom CSS:

    Interesting, thanks. It worked!

    I inspected the page and was not able to find the exact css code that was preventing the first image from showing, I'd love to know what caused it. Can you share a screenshot or line showing this?

    Okay, thank you! I appreciate the help and I do see the problem in the screenshot, but I am not actually sure where the CSS is located... there's nothing showing (that I see) on the page Advanced settings CSS or in Divi Theme Options.
