Contact Form- Block Multiple Submissions

    I'm building a landing page for a giveaway at my work and am trying to figure out how to make it where a person can only enter the contest one time. I'm collecting info from them such as name, address, phone number, email in a contact form. I'm figuring I need to set something in the phone number field, so that if someone enters with the same number more than once it stops them. Any ideas on how to do this? TIA

    You can't do that with Divi contact form. You will have to find other contact form plugin to achieve it. For example: https://gravitywiz.com/documentation/gravity-forms-limit-submissions/
