Export Divi Theme Options unresponsive

    I am trying to export the json file with the options for a Divi site but clicking on 'Export Divi Theme Options' does nothing. Anyone else have this problem, or a solution?
    Wordpress 5.2.4
    Divi 4.0.6 with a child theme

    You could try to enable Safe Mode in Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled & try to export it again. If it works, meaning one of your plugins is causing the issue.

    I am having the same issue and I enabled Safe Mode as suggested and that doesn't solve the problem? Any other ideas?

    If it doesn't work in Safe Mode, then you might want to try to temporarily turn off mod_security for your hosting & try it again & see if it works. If you're unsure how to turn it off, try to reach out to your hosting company about it.
