Solved Import Header Not working

    Hi I have exported my header for adding to DIVI Global Header, when I try to import it the import goes to 100% then the 'tick' comes up...but then the progress bar runs again and sits on 100% with nothing imported? it just sits on 100%? Can you help please....

    After importing json file, it shows success but nothing happen?
    If you’re unable to import the json file, check if you have Wordfence plugin installed on your Divi site. If yes, then try to disable it & import the json again.

    No haven't got any plugins except woo commerce, its a new new site, oh also disabled all DIVI preformance features but no luck.

    For that case, it might be caused by your server mod_security. You will need to refer to your web host on how to temporarily disable mod_security & try to import it again.

    Umm I have several websites on my server hosting and importing JSON files has never been an issue? are your JSON files different?

    Our json file contain inline CSS code & jQuery code. Thus, some firewall might trigger false positive & block the import.

    To confirm, you may try to create a sample page with only a code module with the below content:
    Code:
    Log In or Sign Up to view this code.
    And export it & try to import it & see if it works.

    ok so did this created a page, only added code module and the script, used the portability to export the page, created new page and used the portability to import with no issues...then checked that the code module with code was imported. All worked fine? Oh also went on my server hosting and checked any logged mod_security issues none have been logged for today.
