Unable to access New Divi Backend Builder & Visual Builder? Try this.

    If you are unable to access New Divi Backend Builder & Visual Builder, try the below solution:

    Just go to WP Admin > Settings > Permalink & click save. Then try to access the Divi Builder again.

    I discovered the solution (for my user error, anyway). You have to click one of the icons in the lower left--wireframe (which does not show the visual builder as the actual page) or desktop/tablet/mobile views (which shows the actual page in each of those selections). I was on wireframe and when I clicked phone it switched to the actual web page visitor experience.

    No plugins active and .htaccess refreshed.
    Still stuck on loading (circular balls rotating).
    Loading only header, not body or footer.
    Scracthing head due to the fact that this site worked great in Site Ground staging.

    Problem appeared after push to live.
    Pushed staged site due to the fact that the active site suffered the same issue.

    One last thing is to make sure that you fulfill the server requirements stated in WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > System Status

    1. Enable the latest Divi builder experience as well to enjoy the new Divi builder on the backend. Can’t save or publish new pages in Divi. This issue of Divi page builder has been reported by many users of Divi. Well, it is not really a Divi related problem.

    Have the same issue. Visual builder works on draft, but then hangs on load as soon as the page is published.

    Makes it incredibly annoying to make edits after the fact. I've been duplicating the page to a draft and then saving new sections to my library, but that doesn't always keep all the settings for elements.

    You are correct.
    Severely annoying.

    I was able to correct my issue by clearing my cache.

    1-WP Admin
    2-All Plugins
    3-CloudFlare Cache
    4-Access Permalinks (General Settings) Bottom Of page
    5-Click SAVE (I have learned that by doing that , you will effectively rewrite your ht.access file).
    6-Visit site through WordPress then enable the visual builder.

    That worked great and I have had no more trouble with it.

    You may try a few things:
    1. Update both Divi & Wordpress to the latest version & clear your cache & see if it works.
    2. If it doesn't work, then try to enable Safe Mode & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > Safe Mode > Enabled
    3. If still not working, then try to fulfill the server requirements stated in WP Admin > Divi > Support Center > System Status
    4. You may also try to use browser incognito mode & see if it works.

    Hi, I am using divi theme, but I can't see my content on divi editor once i was trying to optimize it. I have taken all following measures;
    1) Updated wordpress, Divi theme and all plugins
    2) Cleared browser, server and DNS cache
    3) Troubleshoot plugins
    4) Used divi safe mode and incognito window too

    Nothing is working, the issue is still there, can anyone help me to figure this out?

    For this type of issue, it's best for you to report it to official Divi support: https://www.elegantthemes.com/members-area/help/
    **It sounds like a bug to me.

    I did notice another member having this issue on Facebook group & here's her temporary workaround: When I disable Theme Builder in Role Editor, I can see the body area and work on it.
    **But it's best for you to report it to ET to let them check further. It might be something to do with their new Full Site Editing feature.

    I have cache plugins on my sites (https://GreenLytica.com & https://mandejammer.dk) and when I forget to disable them I have the exact same problem. And I still forget when I change things which I do often. It's annoying to disable these plugins every time and I wish there was another easier way, but there ain't atm.

    REMEMBER: Disable all caching! I bet this will solve 99% of this.
