Visual builder not showing image that is in my webpage,

    I have a webpage created in divi that has a header, footer and a background image in the section between. When I open this page in the visual builder it goes to the Page Creation Page instead and I have to click on the one of the options to move forward like Build from Scratch. When I pick an option I go to my webpage in the visual builder it shows the header and the footer with a white sections in between and the image and color gradient is not showing. So I am stuck. How can i get the true webpage to show in VB so that I can continue to edit it.

    Perhaps you just need to set your section settings background color to be transparent.
