Headline shown/separated strangely

    Hello everyone, I am new and trying to create a responsive homepage. I want the page looks obviously great on smartphone as well.

    Now I have the following problem.

    When I check the page on my smartphone, for example the headlines are separated strangely. I have added a pic of the page. (Just for your information, the page is in German ;-) )
