Solved Divi builder won't load - It works from other countries

Hello everyone,
First of all, apologies if there is an exact post like this in the forum. I have been extensively looking, but none of the proposed solutions worked for me.
My problem is that when I try to edit a page using Divi visual builder, it keeps loading forever and the actualy editable page never comes up.
This happens since a couple of months ago. It was working before. This is what I have tried:

• Clean browser cache and history
• Use different browswers
• Use different computers (Mac and PC)
• Disable some of the latest plugins that I've installed
• I also tried on different devices (iPhone, iPad) with both wifi and 4G connections.

But none of this worked.
I enabled safe mode and it worked.

Since I didn't know how to make it work I hired two different guys on Fiverr to try to have it fixed.
However, it works on their side (in Pakistan). But in my side (in Spain) I just cannot make it work.

This is absolutely killing me because I really need to update the site, but I've run out of ideas.
Can anyone help?

It ended up being a plugin (Mailchimp for Learndash).
