Divi Contact Extended - Mails do not get sent out

    Dear all,

    we're using the latest version of Wordpress, PHP 7.4 and all plug-ins are up to date.

    We have had a working setup with Divi Contact Extended forms for about a year.

    Last week, the mails from our Contact Form submissions stopped being sent out.

    We have done extensive troubleshooting
    Test with plugin "Contact form 7" - works
    Test with a plain PHP file to send out mail - works
    Test with WP Mail SMTP plugin - Test mail works, however with Divi Contact Extended, we just get an error "At least one recipient must be specified"
    Our DNS SPF records are correct.

    Disable all plugins - Mails get sent out, but many of our forms stop working.

    Our hosting provider (Kinsta.com) confirms that no mails from Contact Extended are being submitted to the mail queue.


    Any suggestions how to get Divi Contact Extended to send mails out again?

    We are happy to pay for support of this case.

    we have also tried contacting the author of the Contact Extender (Trumani) plugin, but their website just says "invalid submissions" when submitting the form (ironic)

    Since it's a plugin issue, your best bet is to contact the plugin author about it. I just tested their site contact form & it seems to work just fine: https://www.campaignplugins.com/contact/

    and that form does not work.
