Solved Divi Ultimate - Footer Not Appearing

    Hi there,
    Setting up a new website, installed DU, enabled footer 20 by going Appearance menu > Customize > Divi Ultimate > Footer Styling.

    In the Customize preview screen, when i cycle through the different footers, the preview does not show a footer. When i save the selection and open the page, the footer is still unavailable. I've then gone to Divi menu > DU - Footer > opened Footer Style 20 and made the changes i wanted but still unable to view.

    Please assist when possible. Thank you

    The only thing I could think of is that you disabled the global Divi header & footer at Divi Theme Builder.

    You might want to check your WP Admin > Divi > Theme Builder & make sure that the global header & footer is not disabled:

    If that's not the case, will need to view your site live to check further.
