Solved preloader not working

    Hey there. I've created a header and a body in the the themebuilder and imported the preloader to the header. I've added a bunch of content to the body. I've modified the "template settings" to only appear for a specific page so that the header and body load when that page loads. The body loads fine but the preloader doesn't appear before the body loads at all. Am I doing something wrong? Thanks!

    Since you loaded the preloader in the header, it should load before the body.

    Kindly share your URL.

    hey there, thanks for your reply. Here's a temp page I've created and added a header in theme builder to appear only for this specific page. In that header I've added the preloader.

    It seems like you hide the header for the Theme Builder template. You should set it as per screenshot below:
