    Hi,
I've added the testimonial carousel from the special module design section to my homepage. It has been working fine for two days. I've just gone back to the page and it has disappeared from the live site. The heading is visible but now there is just white space where the carousel should be. I've checked visibility in the Wireframe view and it should be visible. Additionally the page loads up much more slowly.
It's visible when Divi Builder is activated.

I haven't worked on this module today so don't understand how it can just disappear.

Any ideas how to make it visible again and why has it disappeared?

OK. Thanks. It's working for me this morning too. I have no idea what the problem was. The thing is that I have a live development site and then when I want to show you it I create a staging site on BlogVault - completely different server. Both were affected so it couldn't have been a hosting issue.
Essentially, when clicking on the page it would take several seconds to load. It seemed to have trouble loading the three blurb modules as that section just displayed as black. Once they became visible the rest of the site appeared but the text of the testimonial was a white blank space.
Is there anything that you can think of in the blocks that might cause that? If not then I'll just have to chalk it down as unexplained and keep an eye on it.
    Thanks again

Your site loaded quite fast on my side & the testimonial carousel loaded just fine on both my desktop & iPhone.

Without seeing the issue on my side, there’s no troubleshooting can be done on my side.

Hi, I have encountered this problem again. I can't see what is causing this problem.
The main site is here - https://ampedaudioservices.com/
The Testimonial Carousel should show underneath where it says Client Testimonials.
When visual builder is active it is visible.

I'm not sure how long it has not worked but I migrated this site from a development site to a live site and I've checked the backups. It appears that it was working before the migration but not after it was migrated.

    Thanks

There's some issue with your script tag.

Kindly replace it with the below:

Thanks for this it seems to have worked but do you know why it happened? It happened on another site with a mega menu and again it was the code that had changed. Both times it was when I migrated a site from development to live. Just wonder if this is a common problem when migrating sites? If it is then I will need to review how I work as I like the blocks.
    Thanks

Sorry to say that I have no advice on how your migrator works. Our blocks are just default Divi module with some custom coding. Perhaps the migrator that you use has issue migrating some of the syntax.
