Hi, I'm using a diviblock.com logo carousel and the animation is not working, instead all of the logo are displayed statically on the page. Can you please tell me what may be wrong; is it a Divi setting? Screenshot attached.

Thank you in advance for your help.

    Jonathan

Try to disable this option & see if it works: WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > General > Performance > Defer jQuery > Disabled

Thanks for the suggestion. That option was actually already disabled or turned off, so I tried turning it on and clearing the cache but it's not working either way.

Upon further checking, it seems like you removed the carousel code section.

To fix it, just go to WP Admin > Divi > Theme Options > Integration > Header Code & add:
    Code:

Thanks, oh I had it in from a different version of diviblock.com's carousels but I must have accidentally removed it when I tried a different carousel. There still seems to be a problem though, the space below where the carousel images were is still there creating a void between sections - please see the link again.

I tried to view your site, but it seems like the logo carousel is still not working. The logo images are still stacking on each other.
**Might be a Defer jQuery issue. Have you disable that option?

Thanks, it seems to be working on my end now (Safari browser) except there's a large space below it where the logos would have been. Yes, the jQuery is disabled, and there are no plugins active and I flushed the cache. Your help is appreciated.
