Solved Top header bar colour change

    Hi,
    I would like to change the colour of the top bar, above the menu bar where the phone # and email address to the same colour as the footer credit bar. The colour is hex #001C0B dark green.
    Is there some css that I can enter somewhere?
    I have included a screen shot.

    Tried to view your site, but I don't see any top bar in it.

    I see that you already changed from the default Divi header to Theme Builder header.

    Yes I decided to create a global header and add the top bar from the builder.
    Then I can customize it as wish.
