Divi Block - color input module - enable input by entering copy CTRL+V / Command + V

For the color input, we rely on the native browser color input feature. Thus if you were to use different browser, you will see different color input box.

For chrome, the color input box doesn't seem to support CTRL+V paste feature. You will need to type in the color code manually. And we have no control over how the color input works, as it's built-in for the browser itself.

Unfortunately, the link that you provided is not related to the value pasting in the color input. It only talks about the code to prevent pasting in the normal text input. For the color input, there's no extra coding that made it prevent pasting. It's all done through the browser itself. So, nothing can be done / remove about that.
