Solved Divi Shop page no longer editable

    Divi is up to date. The Divi Builder is working fine on regular pages.

    However, on the Shop page, it is not working. It just gets into the spinning icon and never finishes.
    I've even tried "Build on the Front End" and that does not work either.

    I've tried in another browser. The same issues there.

    How do I fix this?

    Try to open browser inspect tool (F12) & see if there's any error in the 'Console' tab.

    Thank you for the suggestion. I did look in the Inspector previously and there were no errors. I checked again today --> no errors.
    I feel like I've seen this issue with Divi before where it just spins and spins.
    Very frustrating.

    And, fwiw, the Divi Builder works fine on all the other (regular) pages. It's just this shop page that is problematic.

    Try to use mobile data instead of wifi & see if it works.

    If not, open the browser inspect tool & go to the 'Network' tab & reload your page & see if it stuck on any file loading. If you see any file is loading infinitely, try to right click & open it in new tab. Wait till it fully loaded & see if it works. If still not working after fully loaded, then refresh the page again.

    If none of the above works, then you might want to refer to official Divi support & see what they say: https://elegantthemes.com/members-area/help

    Thank you for the suggestion; unfortunately, it doesn't show any file not loading fully. I almost wonder if it's conflicting with the WooCommerce plugin, but that would be pointless as this is the Shop page.

    Now that I think about it, you can only customize the shop page using Divi Theme Builder at WP Admin > Divi > Theme Builder > 'Shop' template. If you did not have any 'Shop' template, meaning you're just using the default Woocommerce design.

    Thanks again! Very helpful. There is no 'Shop' template. So I'll work on figuring out how to edit this page. I'm pretty sure it worked at one point in time. I can't get it to display in the classic editor either. It just wants to be a Divi Builder page.
